Heya! thanks for checking out my page! (depending on if your message is hidden in requests)

Basic ToS

> I have the right to refuse my services to anyone for any reason, such as behavior, association or an idea that makes me uncomfortable
> Aggressive, demanding or disrespectful behavior can result in a termination of a commission and a partial/full refund depending on the progress made
> Life obligations come before everything, i will often make a public announcement on my instagram story if it is appropriate, if not i will contact you if i will be unable to work on a commission for a set period of time
> Do not spam or harass me with messages, i am relatively active on all of my socials and i will get back to you asap, if i cannot, please be patient do to timezones (UTC+8)
> Commissions can take anywhere from a few days to a few months to complete, fluctuating greatly due to mental health or life obligations, please be aware of this
> Once i have begun a commission, major changes may be NOT made (pose, expression, accessories, etc.) please be as specific as you want in the sketch phase!
> I work on commissions based off of the size of them (e.g. i will work on smaller ones before larger ones as i can get them done quicker)
> Prices of my art will fluctuate over time and will increase as i see fit based on the quality of my work

Commission ToS

> Please ensure you have a CLEAR, DIGITAL reference on hand ready to send!
> Payment must be made within 24 hours within organizing a commission, unless a slot has been held or you have specified a date when you will have funds available
> If holding a slot (maximum 2 weeks) no organization or discussion will be made until you are ready to pay within 24 hours
> Prices fluctuate depending on the complexity of the character or commission type

Custom ToS

> When ordering a custom, please have a vision or basic run down of what you are wanting!
> All designs have a 1 week cooldown to prevent the use of trading chips!
> Cepha customs are opened strictly via instagram or the Cepha discord (ask for invite)
> Customs may be based on game or show characters but cannot be based on real people or other peoples OC's
> Moodboards / colour palettes are heavily encouraged!
> Be as specific as you want down to the fine details! I am more than happy to make minor changes throughout the designing process
